· Provide on farm support for customers, dealers, and company sales force in relation to hygiene, service, and project spares
· Educate dealers and customers on milking best practices and how to achieve milk quality/parlor efficiency goals
· Develop and support marketing programs to achieve sales objectives of agreed territory
· Support local Regional Sales Managers and GM Sales & Operations – Americas in the specialized area of hygiene, Service and Project Spares

Customer Relationships/Experience:
· Liaison with authorized dealers, building robust relationships
· Support and drive hygiene sales growth
· Communicate product information and sales information to Dealers and Sales Channels
· Maintain positive and communicative relationships with key departments; sales team, finance, providing required documentation, on time and to agreed specifications
· Maintain excellent, high value relationships with internal and external customers
· Provide best practice customer service and support including investigating customer complaints; ensuring a timely resolution that is well communicated to dealers and customers (externally and internally)
· Assess and identify customer needs to achieve a high level of specialised customer service; looking for opportunities to add value to the ‘customer experience’
· Build and sustain enduring relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
· Go ‘the extra mile’ to engage and meet the needs of customers and the dealer network
· Personal management and drive to ensure efficient workflow to manage peaks and troughs
· Maintain excellent internal communications so relevant internal personnel are proactively communicated with to ensure timely and efficient support of all agreed deliverables, ensuring customer service and administrative requirements are met
· All relevant business records, inputs and updates are stored correctly, and meet agreed standards

Dealer and Sales Channel Support/Administration:
· Sell/support sales of hygiene and service and project spares
· Provides expertise in specific WMS hygiene & consumables products, and associated services and pricing to dealers and customers
· Provide high level of customer support to dealers f2f and digitally regarding all hygiene and related products
· Initiates and supports all agreed WMS sales campaigns
· Lead and follow through on all sales channel and dealer queries
· Develop subject matter expertise to support other team members
· Provide quotes and offers in line with the company’s margin policy
· Complete all related expenses documentation as per agreed protocols
· Ensure filing and records are up to date and accurate
· Communicate back orders with ETA dates to our dealers consistently and as per agreed protocols
· Strong attention to detail is applied to all written and verbal communication / quotes and interaction with dealers, suppliers etc; so professional image is maintained
Qualifications & Technical skills
· 5+ years’ experience in the dairy industry and route sales management experience /or as a Product Manager/Specialist in the Hygiene sector
· Have a good understanding of best milking practices, CIP and on farm dairy automation
· Demonstrated success in developing, delivering, and supporting regional marketing programs, and dealership marketing plans
· Knowledge of and strong interest in the Primary Dairy Milking Equipment Sector
· Current Passport and ability to travel domestically
· Clean, current U.S. Driver’s License
· Experience in a fast paced, customer centric environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience with Client / Customer Databases
· Competent with IT and full Microsoft Office suite
· Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
· Knowledge of ERP systems highly valued
· Passion for the sector and the business
· Reliable and healthy
· Maintains a good standard of personal appearance and is professional
