"With this new system we save 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the afternoon"

Fernando Cuadrado made a round investment: He incorporated a “calesita dairy farm” that allows them to milk 1000 cows in a third of the time it took them before.

Fernando Cuadrado lives in Pozo del Molle, in the southeast of Córdoba, where one of the most important dairy basins in the country is located, and the almost 48 years that he has lived were always spent next to his father, Mr. Carlos Luis Cuadrado, from whom he inherited the passion for the tambo. "We are 4 brothers, 3 men and 1 woman, but I was always next to him," he said in dialogue with Bichos de Campo .

Águilas Blancas is called the dairy farm, which was originally a gift from his grandfather to his father. The name refers to the first bull they acquired in Palermo, which was white and was called 'the Eagle'.
