What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day component assembly operations
• Drive output, efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Build and develop a high-performing team
• Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Optimise processes using Lean manufacturing principles
• Take ownership of KPIs across productivity, cost, and performance

What You Bring

• Proven leadership in manufacturing or production
• Strong assembly/process knowledge (mechanical/industrial ideal)
• A passion for continuous improvement and Lean thinking
• Confidence leading teams and driving accountability
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety
• If you hold an EST Licence – seen as advantageous
