Data Analyst & Systems Support
Location: Horotiu, Waikato, NZ

Here at Waikato Milking Systems, we have a dynamic ‘In house’ role available, supporting existing and new IT systems and providing timely Help Desk Support.
You will bring your skills to analyse commercial data such as budgets, sales results, and forecasts, gaining insights to share with internal customers.
You will support scheduled projects with tailor-made IT development solutions for the business together with our external IT business partners and be based at our Head Office at Horotiu, Waikato.
We need a positive, energetic individual capable of supporting sophisticated IT systems. Your excellent communication skills will be well complimented by your ability to always have your eye on customer satisfaction, and your broad technical skill set will be supported by your previous experience working in systems and business analytics.
With a positive attitude and natural problem-solving ability, together with your desire to provide a consistent service to internal customers, we will be a great combination!
To be successful you will have:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Power platform development, Power BI/Power apps experience e.g., SQL Server, Fabric
- Minimum Level 2 technical / helpdesk support experience
- Develop, manage, and sustain excellent relationships (both internal and external)
- IT systems administration – maintenance of records and audits
- Network troubleshooting
- Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) environment
- Microsoft Extra / Active Directory services
- Microsoft 365 Tools e.g., Teams, Power BI, SharePoint and One Drive
- A wide range of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems and products
- Dell hardware build and configuration
- VMWare Virtualisation
- Microsoft F&O ERP support
- Support other projects as required
- Approachable and flexible
- Excellent problem solving
- A strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- An interest in Agri-tech is highly desirable
- Be well organised and able to deliver on key milestones
