Job Description
We need a confident, professional Executive Assistant to join our friendly Team at Waikato Milking Systems, based at Horotiu.
You will be responsible for providing professional support to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive team. Duties include preparation of Board papers, correspondence; travel and support for events; managing activities linked to monthly meetings of the Board; supplier and stakeholder relationship management; and general administration support for the wider Executive Team.
In addition, you will support the New Product Development Team with Technical Administration Support which include formatting technical content derived from Product Managers into existing templates and manuals.
Qualifications
To be successful you will:
- Be a confident, engaging, professional with a sense of fun
- Have an administration or business-related qualification or minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar role supporting an executive role
- Have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess great formatting skills
- Be methodical, process driven and comfortable working with documentation and templates, e.g., preparation of Board Papers
- Enjoy supporting and contributing to key company projects globally
- Be comfortable to take the initiative and work with discretion
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Be an excellent manager of your own time and priorities
- Have a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
