We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager, Farm Services, for primarily the Western region. This position is home-based with significant travel required across the western U.S., as well as some of the Midwest. Our offices are located in Madison, WI.
As a proactive Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales pipeline for Hygiene and Consumables in the territory. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities in both established and emerging markets. There is good opportunity to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and pipeline growth in the Hygiene and Consumables sectors.
- Develop and execute business sales cycle plans.
- Leverage your expertise in dairy milking and agriculture to offer tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate successful sales experience, including cold calling, with at least 5 years in a comparable industry.
- Preferably hold a relevant business qualification with a focus on sales and/or marketing.
- Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support our dealers and customers.
- Manage the regional sales budget and P&L performance.
- Exhibit advanced communication, planning, and negotiating skills.
- Stay organized, systematic, and meet key milestones.
- Expect significant domestic travel, including occasional overnight stays.
