A quieter, safer working environment
The Centrus system’s platform construction incorporates resin-bonded fiberglass layers and encapsulated foam to provide a quieter working environment for the operators and cows. The system also incorporates specially formulated rubber mats to ensure cow comfort and slip-resistant footing, and providing a safer, quieter working environment.
Less weight, less maintenance on running gear
The Centrus system’s lightweight composite panel construction provides a 20 ton weight reduction on a typical 50 point concrete deck rotary - reducing the load on the roller assemblies and drives by approximately 33% to improve the working load limits and reducing wear and tear.
